- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. This makes them pliable and easier to fold.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat. Layer a quarter of the cheese, BBQ chicken mixture, red onion, and shredded lettuce down the center. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- For a crispy exterior and melted cheese, place the wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and toasted.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
