Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your 9x13 inch white ceramic baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Cut each of the biscuits into four equal pieces using kitchen shears or a knife. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Assembly
- Pour the pizza sauce and garlic powder over the biscuit quarters. Toss gently until every piece is coated in a thick layer of sauce.
- Transfer the sauced biscuits to the prepared baking dish, spreading them into an even layer.
- Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by the pepperoni slices.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling with toasted golden patches and the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper while the cheese is still molten. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a white ceramic dish to ensure the biscuits cook evenly without burning the bottom.
If the cheese browns too quickly, tent the dish with foil for the last 10 minutes.
