Preparation

  2. Whisk buffalo sauce and melted butter until glossy and vibrant orange. Fold into the chicken until thoroughly coated.
Baking
  1. Transfer chicken to ceramic dish. Top with a thick, uneven layer of mozzarella and cheddar, pushing some to the edges.
