Ingredients
  

Creamsicle Rollup Components
  • 6 oz Orange Gelatin Two 3oz boxes
  • 1 cup Boiling Water To dissolve gelatin
  • 1 cup Vanilla Vodka Chilled
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows For the opaque center
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds thickness and color

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 inch baking sheet Rimmed sheet for containing the gelatin.
  • 1 Offset spatula For spreading the marshmallow layer evenly.
  • 1 Parchment Paper Essential for rolling without sticking.

Method
 

Prepare Orange Layer
  1. Whisk orange gelatin into boiling water for 2 minutes until fully dissolved and glossy.
  2. Stir in the chilled vanilla vodka until combined.
  3. Pour onto a parchment-lined 9x13 tray and chill for 20-30 minutes until tacky to the touch.
Prepare Cream Layer and Roll
  1. Microwave marshmallows and condensed milk in 30-second bursts until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Spread marshmallow mixture over the tacky orange layer with an offset spatula. Chill for 4 hours.
  3. Roll the gelatin tightly from the long edge and slice into uniform 1-inch cylinders.

Notes

Use unflavored dental floss for the cleanest slices.
Ensure the marshmallow mixture isn't boiling hot when spreading or it will melt the base.
