  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper or to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Method

Main Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), and minced garlic.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until they are smooth and well combined.
  3. While continuously whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Keep whisking until the dressing is thick, creamy, and fully emulsified. If using a jar, secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it one final whisk, then serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Re-mixing: The dressing may solidify and separate in the fridge. Let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and shake or whisk well before using.
