Dip Ingredients
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese 225g, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese 150g, crumbled and divided
  • 1/2 cup Green Pimento-Stuffed Olives 100g, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers 60g, finely diced and patted dry
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30ml, divided
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest 2g, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 0.5g
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 0.5g

Equipment

  • 1 Hand Mixer Used to whip the cheese base until light and airy.
  • 1 Shallow Ceramic Bowl Ideal for presentation and oil pooling.

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and half of the crumbled feta. Whip with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  2. Using a spatula, gently fold in the remaining feta, chopped green olives, diced roasted red peppers, and lemon zest.
  3. Transfer to a shallow bowl, create texture with a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.

Notes

Make sure to pat the roasted red peppers completely dry to prevent color bleeding.
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth, lump-free whip.
