- Heat tomato oil in a skillet. Season chicken and sear 3-4 mins per side until golden brown.
- Place chicken in crockpot. Whisk broth, garlic, tomatoes, and flakes; pour over chicken. Cook LOW for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken. Whisk in cream, parmesan, and cornstarch slurry. Cook on HIGH for 20 mins until glossy.
- Slice chicken and return to sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve in a white bowl.
