Ingredients

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened 226g
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 113g
  • 2 cups powdered sugar 240g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5ml
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup red, green, and white round holiday sprinkles 45g
  • Whole graham cracker squares For serving
  • Salted mini twist pretzels For serving
  • Round vanilla wafers For serving

Equipment

  • 1 Electric Mixer (Stand or Hand)
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Silicone Spatula

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and softened unsalted butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth, creamy, and pale in color.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix on low speed until combined, then increase to medium-high and beat for another 2-3 minutes until the dip is light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top. Cover generously with the Christmas sprinkles. Arrange graham crackers, pretzels, and vanilla wafers around the bowl and serve.

Notes

Room Temperature is Non-Negotiable: For the smoothest, fluffiest dip, your cream cheese and butter MUST be fully softened.
Scrape The Bowl Frequently: Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
Make It Ahead: Prepare the dip (without sprinkles) up to 3 days in advance and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Let it soften for 20-30 minutes before serving.
