Grilling
- Place patties on a preheated high-heat grill. Sear for 4-5 minutes until distinct dark grill marks form. Flip the burgers.
- Add a slice of orange cheddar to each patty. Cover for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is gooey and draped over the sides.
Assembly
- Lay lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with the cheesy patty. Scatter crispy bacon, drizzle with ranch dressing, and finish with chopped chives.
