Ingredients

Smoothie Components
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches 300g; do not thaw
  • 1/2 large ripe banana approx. 60g, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 120g; use full fat for best texture
  • 1 cup almond milk or orange juice 240ml; chilled
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave 15ml; optional
  • 1 slice fresh peach crescent shaped for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh mint small leaf for the surface

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender Essential for a smooth, frosty texture.
  • 1 Tall cylindrical glass To achieve the filled-to-the-brim visual.

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the chilled almond milk (or juice), Greek yogurt, and honey to the blender jar first. Follow with the banana slices and frozen peaches to ensure easy blending.
  2. Start on low and increase to high speed. Blend for 45-60 seconds until a thick, pale orange, and frosty emulsion forms with no visible chunks.
  3. Pour into a tall cylindrical glass. Slit a fresh peach crescent and hook it to the rim. Top with a fresh mint leaf and serve immediately while dense.

Notes

Use frozen peaches instead of ice to avoid a watery texture.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid 1 tablespoon at a time.
