Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the 8 biscuits. Gently flatten each biscuit with your hands into a circle about 3-4 inches wide.
- In the center of each flattened biscuit, place a small spoonful of marinara sauce (about 1/2 tsp), 5-6 pepperoni slices, and one cube of mozzarella cheese.
- Stretch the dough up and around the filling, pinching the edges together firmly to create a tightly sealed ball. Place the bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each pizza bomb. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the pizza bombs cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Do Not Overfill: Be careful not to add too much filling, or the bombs may burst open while baking.
Seal Tightly: Ensure the seams are completely sealed to keep the cheesy goodness inside.
Cheese Choice: Low-moisture mozzarella string cheese cut into pieces also works perfectly and is easy to portion.
