  • 1 cup (125g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp (5g) Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp (10ml) Vanilla Extract

  • 2 cups (450g) Red Vanilla Frosting Stiff consistency
  • 1 tube (120g) Glossy Black Gel Icing For the belt
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Yellow Piping Icing Matte finish
  • 2 tbsp (30g) White Decorating Icing For the buttons

Equipment

  • 1 8x8 inch baking pan Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Offset spatula For smoothing frosting
  • 3 Piping Bags With fine round and flat tips

Method

Baking the Base
  1. Whisk melted butter and sugar for 2 minutes until combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  2. Sift in cocoa, flour, and salt. Fold gently until no streaks of flour remain. Do not overmix.
  3. Pour into pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-28 minutes until the edges are set but the center wobbles slightly.
Decorating the Suit
  1. Once brownies are cold, cut into squares and spread a smooth, thick layer of red frosting on top.
  2. Pipe a horizontal line of glossy black icing across the middle of each brownie.
  3. Pipe a yellow square buckle on the belt and two white dots above it for buttons.

Notes

Chill the brownies before piping the belt to prevent color bleeding.
Use a warm knife for clean, sharp edges when cutting.
