Prepare and Season
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6 minutes until a deep golden-brown crust forms.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Add Toppings
- Lower heat. Top chicken with mozzarella and cover for 60 seconds until melted.
- Remove from heat. Place strawberry halves over the cheese and scatter basil chiffonade ribbons.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze in a zigzag pattern over the chicken and fruit before serving.
