Preparation
- Simmer dragon fruit powder, water, and sugar until dissolved. Chill thoroughly.
- Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water with sugar for 5 minutes. Strain and chill.
Assembly
- Fill glass with ice and wedge the lemon wheel vertically against the side.
- Pour magenta syrup at the bottom. Use a bar spoon to layer the cyan tea, then the lemon/sparkling water mix on top.
