Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz frozen dumplings or potstickers pork, chicken, or vegetable
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger freshly grated
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low-moisture, preferably freshly grated
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced, for garnish
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dumplings. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

Tip 1: For the best results, use freshly grated low-moisture mozzarella. It melts much better than pre-shredded cheese.
Tip 2: Arrange dumplings in a single layer to ensure they cook evenly.
