- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dumplings. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
